We are located and ship from New Jersey.

All orders are fulfilled Monday - Friday excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.

We strive to ship orders within 48 hours of the order being placed

We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier. 

We do not manually input shipping addresses. They are exported from the information that you provide to us at the time of purchase. Please ensure your shipping address is correct.

Once we ship the order, we are not responsible for lost packages. We are only able to see the same information that's provided to you from the courier.
